Epic Volunteers

Epic Volunteers provides Vail Resorts employees the chance to have a more enriching, in-depth Experience of a Lifetime by awarding them with 40 hours of paid time off for volunteer projects. Participants can work with a charity of their choice anywhere in the world. Both year-round and seasonal full-time employees with at least 750 hours for the Company can apply. A committee comprised of leadership from every division within Vail Resorts decides the final group of Epic Volunteers.
